Lemang and other things



This year, my family went extra mile in celebrating our eid. My family is preparing our own lemang for raya feast! Woahhh. Amazing gila punya amazing.

Bila korek2 then I found out that my mom who wanted to do this. So as anak yang supportive, i went to my auntie house to take the buluh lemang. She bought 10 pieces and it cost us RM25 for 10pcs of buluh lemang.

Thankful for a bit of yard at our house, my father dig quite a long hole as a place to cook the lemang. Seriously it looks like a grave for my cats. Muahahaha. We started the fire place at 1pm and we cant even wait for the woods to become an ember we already started to put the lemang.

Wait wait. Of course all the hardwork were by mi madre and padre and aniq. Me? Buat2 sibuk nak buat popia nestum. Hahahaha. Such a brat.

So we started at 3pm and ended around 6pm. Dengan tetbe in between hujan pulak. Jenuh angkat letak balik angkat balik. But alhamdulillah hujan tak lama and the lemang was cooked perfectly! (Adalah yang terlebih garing). Muehehehe.

We managed to give some to my neighbours, relatives and guest who came to our house. Alhamdulillah! So next year boleh buat lagi :)

I have created a new project called '101 Life Goals'. Its a kill 2 birds with 1 stone kind of thing.  So, does everyone have a life goals? I do. But not as clear as write it on paper or book kinda thing. Or at least i tried, and failed as i stopped right after my fifth goals (blergh). Seriously, at first, I was like "alaa, apa susah sangat nak tulis life goals kan?" cause i always picture it in my head.  But then, the moment i make it all pretty and neat in my book, i cant really think of what to put!  Whattt!!?? 101 things that will stopped me after my 5th goals is my own self. Hahaha So, as mentioned earlier, i already make it pretty and neat in my book. You can see yourself. Suddenly its Raya!

Raya Raya Raya. A celebration that makes the whole Malaysia crazy! A good crazy i mean. Business is booming, so many food to eat, so many cookies and clothes to purchased. I love raya! Politik Di Mana-Mana

Hidup kita hari-hari sebenarnya berkait rapat sangat dengan politik, dalam sedar tak sedarlah. Kau baca paper, pasal politik UMNO, PAS, DAP dan lain2 parti lah. Kau pergi kerja, ada pulak office politik yang tah hape hape. Kau balik rumah plak, family kau pon main politik rupanya. Seriusly, memang daily life kte evolve around politics tau. Tapi hari ni nak cte pasal office politics. Kesian bila kau jadi mangsa. Ive experienced it myself, almost 5 years in corporate world, kau x rasa memang pelik lah weh. Its either kau katak bawah tempurung or you are just too busy to care. My wisdom has always been 'Ignorance is a Bliss' when it comes to the office politics. Kalau kau amik port sangat, memang habis lah kau. It will really dragged you down. So the best things to do is ignore.
